Question 1

What exactly is the 6-week program?

Accepted Answer

SIX – The Total Rebuild is a structured 6-week transformation system built on six pillars: Train, Fuel, Recover, Discipline, Hydrate, and Commit. Each week builds on the last — progressive training, nutrition protocols, daily habits, and mindset work all combined into one cohesive system.

Question 2

How much time do I need to commit each day?

Accepted Answer

Expect 45–55 minutes of training per session, plus 10–15 minutes for daily habit check-ins and journaling. Nutrition prep will vary, but the meal plans are designed to be simple and repeatable — not time-consuming.

Question 3

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The program is scalable. Whether you're returning after years off or building your first real foundation, the system meets you where you are. Movement modifications and progressions are included throughout.

Question 4

What happens after the 6 weeks are over?

Accepted Answer

Elite Coaching members receive a personalized post-program advanced plan. All members will have built a strong foundation they can repeat, progress, or use as a launchpad for further programming.

Question 5

What equipment do I need?

Accepted Answer

The program is designed around access to a standard gym with barbells, dumbbells, cables, and a pull-up bar. Most commercial gyms will have everything required. A home gym setup with adjustable dumbbells and resistance bands can cover the majority of the work.

Question 6

Can I do this program at home?

Accepted Answer

A well-equipped home gym (adjustable dumbbells, pull-up bar, resistance bands, bench) will cover about 85–90% of the program. Some sessions are optimized for gym machines, but alternatives are provided for each.

Question 7

Do I need any cardio equipment?

Accepted Answer

Cardio protocols include running, rowing, cycling, or jump rope — you choose what's available to you. Bodyweight conditioning options are also built into each week for those without cardio equipment.

Question 8

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

Accepted Answer

Not in the traditional sense. The nutrition guide focuses on sustainable eating — the right protein targets, timing your meals around training, and cutting out what's holding you back. There's no calorie counting required, just clear, practical principles.

Question 9

What are the protein targets?

Accepted Answer

The guide recommends 0.8–1g of protein per pound of bodyweight daily. Specific targets for men and women are laid out in the program, along with meal templates that hit those numbers without complexity.

Question 10

Are supplements required?

Accepted Answer

No supplement is mandatory. The guide covers the core stack — protein, creatine, electrolytes, and a few optionals — but the training and nutrition principles work without any of them. Supplements are a tool, not a crutch.

Question 11

What are the pre and post-workout drinks?

Accepted Answer

The program includes specific recipes for pre-workout (energy + hydration) and post-workout (recovery + replenishment) drinks. These are food-based blends using accessible ingredients — nothing exotic or expensive.
